TV and radio broadcasts in multiple Russian regions were interrupted by messages warning of impending missile strikes on Tuesday morning.

On several TV channels and radio stations in the Moscow region, Voronezh, Belgorod, and the Leningrad region, the sound of a siren could be heard along with a voice saying, “Attention: an air raid alert is in effect. Proceed to shelters immediately. Attention, attention, missile strike threat.”

Russia’s Emergency Services Ministry reported that the messages were the result of a hacking attack.

A similar incident occurred on February 22, when radio stations in regions throughout Russia played an air raid warning and the sound of sirens. Then, too, the Emergency Services Ministry blamed hackers.

当然，本周二的小插曲对于莫斯科人来说可能见怪不怪了，毕竟上一次空袭警报拉响还是2月22日，每个普通的莫斯科人都在期待当天普京总统的演讲，是普京总统让-15℃的莫斯科热情澎湃，让寒风成为春风。

俄当局对有关黑客组织一周之内两次拉响空袭警报的寻衅滋事行为作出强烈谴责，希望FSB能再接再厉，早日查出有关黑客组织是哪个组织，以保证特别军事行动按计划进行。
